While the overall atmosphere was welcoming, I faced challenges with certain staff members who seemed overwhelmed, particularly during check-in. I noticed that the grab-and-go breakfast bar lacked variety and was understocked on some days, resulting in limited options. Additionally, I encountered some noise from the pipes that occasionally disrupted the peace of my otherwise quiet room.

I absolutely loved the comfy bed and the kitchenette made cooking a breeze! The location was super convenient, but the check-in experience was a bit awkward. 😅

My wife and I had a comfortable six-night stay in a well-equipped Queen Studio. The kitchenette was a lifesaver, allowing us to whip up meals while enjoying the relaxing atmosphere. The staff, particularly Matt, Ken, and Allison, were incredibly attentive and friendly, making us feel right at home. Each encounter was genuine, and they often checked in to ensure our stay was pleasant.

While the grab-and-go breakfast could use an upgrade, we managed with what was available. The usual offerings were absent, making the meal options somewhat limited. I also noticed some occasional noise from pipes that disrupted the tranquility at times.

I was absolutely shocked to find a grasping lack of breakfast options, only coffee and protein bars were available—not a pastry in sight! And don't get me started on parking. I expected a reserved spot, not a note threatening to tow me. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t. Disgraceful!

The staff here make you feel like family, especially Mary at the front desk who was super friendly and quick to help. The room was clean, spacious and had all the amenities needed with a decent kitchenette to whip something up if you wanted.

It was perfect.

I had a wonderful stay in the Queen Studio Non-Smoking room. The kitchen was fully equipped, which allowed me to prepare meals easily. Plus, the air conditioning kept the room comfortable, and the large refrigerator was an added bonus for storing snacks and drinks. The staff was welcoming and quick to assist with any needs.
